You kept my car for this long, why wouldn’t you do an actual full point inspection. I looked over the report and saw that only the tire thread depth was filled in. 5 hours after I dropped it off, I finally get notified to approve the service I was asking for and a multi point inspection report.
Thinking it would speed up the time I was there but that didn’t matter. So it wasn’t like they had to inspect the vehicle or do extra work to find the problem, I did that for them. I brought with me a copy of a service bulletin, I found online of the issue the vehicle was having. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not going to be serviced at the scheduled appointment time. I made an appointment for 7:00 AM and the advisor told me he can have it looked at sometime today or tomorrow. Had no choice but to take my vehicle in to reprogram a module.
